Global Employment Workforce has dedicated a leg of its services to virtual and in-person training and development so that its members can be fully equipped to perform the tasks that come along with the job they are working on. In efforts to empower and prepare our members interested in certain jobs, classes can include but are not limited to:

Online Classes:

  • English / ESL (English as a second language).
  • CV / Resume Building.
  • Basic Business and Writing Tips
  • Leadership.
  • Business Analysis.
  • Financial analysis and reporting
  • Data science and Analysis.
  • CSR training for NYSC participants (Or people serving in the military).
  • Additional Classes in Fashion, Business and Entertainment.
  • Much Much More!

In Person / Online Mandated Classes for Local Jobs

Level One Classes

These classes range from a variety of topics in Best Practices that include but are not limited to the following:
  • Building trust
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Diversity
  • Customer Service
  • Business Writing
  • Etc

Level Two Classes

Participants will select one of these two classes depending on the areas in which the industry they are going into:
  • Advance Customer Service
  • Project Management

Level Three Apprenticeship Pathways Program

Global Employment Workforce offers participants an apprenticeship pathways program. After completing level two classes, participants will be placed in a pool of eligible interviewees to be considered by one of our local partners for a job. If you are selected for an interview and pass, you will go through an apprentice pathways program where we will continue to coach you and help get you emancipated in the job.
